ibtikarati was launched at the beginning of 2011 by innovation and entrepreneurship advocates.

ibtikarati means "my innovations" in Arabic and it aims at fostering innovation and new business start-ups by:

- helping entrepreneurs, developers, investors and start-up job seekers to get in touch witheach other

- providing resources and tips for entrepreneurs in MENA seeking guidance (yes we know the feeling!)

- show casing your work, be it an app, a website or a new business model

Our primary goal is to help Entrepreneurship in the Middle Eat and North Africa. We know the region is full of talented people, eager to create awareness in the online business world through their own start-ups. This portal is our way of helping these people.

ibtikarati is also open to anyone in the world who simply wants to get his project or idea off the ground and get to know the ecosystem around him or her.
